Kayla Devlin
Brand-led growth for an artist whose style was getting lost in the feed.
Numbers being finalised — full case study incoming
Brief
Kayla had the work but not the wrapper. Strong portfolio, strong following, but no consistent visual identity — meaning every post had to fight to be recognised. We built a brand system around the work and let it do the lifting.
Challenge: Move from talented-artist-on-Instagram to recognisable brand, without flattening the work or making it look like every other studio's feed.
Approach
What we actually did.
- 01
Brand identity
Wordmark, type, colour and a small set of recurring graphic devices — designed from Kayla's actual portfolio, not on top of it.
- 02
Content templates
Reel covers, post grids, story sets that all share the same visual DNA. Recognisable in a 0.4-second scroll.
- 03
Creative direction
Photo and video days that produced months of usable content. Treated like an editorial shoot, not a studio post.
- 04
Paid bridge
Small, surgical Meta spend behind the new brand to seed the look with the right audience. Brand gets noticed faster, books more.
