Privacy policy

Last updated 4 July 2026 · clique.tattoo and clique.os are trading names of Unsung Group Limited (Company No. 16442804, England & Wales), 167-169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF.

Who we are

clique.os is booking, estimating and marketing software for tattoo studios, operated by Unsung Group Limited ("we", "us"). For data you give us directly (like an early-access request), we are the data controller. For data a studio holds about its clients inside clique.os (bookings, enquiries, contact details), the studio is the controller and we process it on their behalf.

What we collect

  • Early-access requests: your email address and where the request came from.
  • Studio accounts: studio name, your name, email, and a securely hashed password (we never store passwords in plain text).
  • Booking data (on behalf of studios): client names, contact details, appointment details, design references and values that a studio or its clients enter.
  • Site analytics: our own first-party pixel records anonymous page views and the ad source a visitor arrived from (for example "meta" or "google"). It sets no third-party cookies and does no cross-site tracking or fingerprinting.

How we use it

To provide the service (bookings, estimates, reminders, reporting), to contact you about early access or your account, and to improve the product. We do not sell personal data. Emails and texts sent through clique.os are sent on the instructing studio's behalf.

Where it lives

Data is hosted with Vercel (application) and Turso (database). Ad-platform access tokens a studio connects are encrypted at rest. If a studio connects Google Calendar or an ad account (Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok), data flows to and from that platform under its own terms, only as instructed by the studio.

Retention & your rights

We keep account and booking data while an account is active, and lead data until you ask us to remove it. Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data, or object to processing — email fraser@unsung.agency and we'll respond within 30 days. If a studio holds your data, we may direct your request to them as the controller. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Changes

If this policy changes materially we'll note it here with a new date, and email account holders where the change affects them.
