Terms of service
Last updated 4 July 2026 · clique.tattoo and clique.os are trading names of Unsung Group Limited (Company No. 16442804, England & Wales).
The service
clique.os provides booking management, AI time and price estimation, and marketing tools for tattoo studios. It is currently in early access: features may change, and while we work hard to keep it reliable, it is provided "as is" without warranties. AI estimates are suggestions to help you quote — the studio remains responsible for the prices and times it agrees with clients.
Your account & your data
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of data you enter. Your studio's data is yours: you can export or delete it by asking us at any time. We may remove accounts used unlawfully or abusively.
Fees
Published plans are Solo £29/month (1 artist), Studio £69/month (2–4 artists), Collective £129/month (5–10 artists), with bespoke pricing above that. Each plan includes monthly booking credits; additional bookings are charged at £0.50 each and are never blocked. During early access, plans are provided free of charge until we notify you otherwise with at least 30 days' notice — you can cancel at any time.
Messaging & marketing tools
Emails, texts and ad-platform connections run on the studio's instructions and on the studio's own accounts. The studio is responsible for having the right to contact its clients and for complying with marketing law (including PECR/GDPR consent requirements).
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or £100 if you have paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
